Crucial Inisights has 3 areas which are designed to allow members to discuss issuesthat affect their work as consultants. There are areas were identified at out 2007 confernece as

Maturity - This is looking at how we grow as indivisuals and how we relate personal development as individuals to our worj as consultants and our Continous Professional Developmeent

Mission - This is about how we seek through our work as consultants to extend the Kingdom of God

Ministry - This is to enable consultants to find events that meet their need for prayer and meditation and also a mechnaism by which we can pray for each other.
