In 2001 Elisabeth Tootill became the Director and owner of Careers and Training International Ltd (CTI), a company formerly known as ENCOS/Career Match International, which has been trading since 1976. Elisabeth joined the company in 1998 and was then promoted to CTI Director (UK) in 2000 and then in April 2001 became the new owner of CTI.
CTI is a Career Management and Human Resource Consultancy that provides a range of services, including:

Elisabeth Tootill, has over 20 years of training experience in running both in-company and open programmes and working with individuals one-to-one in a range of sectors. Areas of experience extend to: Personal Development/Interpersonal skills, Personal Career Development, Management Training, Business Administration and Career Management including Outplacement, Redeployment, and Career Counselling/Coaching.
Elisabeths experience includes eight years as Training Manager of Latymer Training, part of the Shaftesbury Society. She developed and tutored a 4-6 week course in Personal Development & Job Preparation Skills for the long-term unemployed; where she both put in place accreditation ( withLOCF) and won a National Training Award for the programme in 1995. In addition she implemented Investors in People for Latymer Training itself.
Elisabeth is currently undertaking a degree in Career Management and Counselling at the Organisational Psychology Dept at Birkbeck College, London.
