Richard Gutteridge MSc MCIPD is proprietor of and principal consultant at Arrowhead Training and Consultancy Services. An HR professional and experienced trainer Richard completed his professional training (MCIPD) at Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham and gained a Masters degree in Human Resource Development at The Nottingham Business School. He has extensive experience in the transport and retail sectors.
Richard is also licensed as a Reader in Southwell Diocese of the Church of England (where he has a widespread teaching and preaching ministry) and also a former member of the International Railway Mission Council. He brings theological insights and practical experience to issues surrounding spirituality in the workplace
